REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY

  • To confirm your stay, 50% of total booking amount is required at the time of booking & balance 45 days prior to arrival date.
  • If your booking is within 45 days from arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Applicable only when cancellation is sent by email)

  • 7 days and less- 100% cancellation.
  • 8 days to 21 days- 60% cancellation.
  • 21 days to 35 days- 30% cancellation.
  • 35 days and above- 20% cancellation.
  • Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
  • Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
  • Long weekend bookings are non-refundable. See the dates listed above.
  • In case of force-majeure, we will review our terms & conditions and retention policies.
